How admission works

Register online or visit the school office
Submit the registration form on this website, or collect the brochure and application form in person from the school office.

Submit the application with documents
Return the completed form to the school office on or before the stipulated date, together with the documents listed below.

Admission interaction
Admission is through an interaction with the child. The date and time are shared with parents, and the interaction takes place on the school campus.

Admission result
The outcome is conveyed to parents after the interaction, and the names of selected candidates are displayed in the school office. The decision of the Admission Committee is final.

Confirm the seat
On receiving the acceptance, pay the fees by the stipulated date and submit the original documents.
Documents to submit with the application
- Certified copy of the previous year’s school report (if applicable)
- Two passport-size and two stamp-size photographs of the student
- One photograph of each parent
- One certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Certified copy of details, dates and grades of any public or board examinations already taken (if applicable)
- Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
Good to know
Residential students
In addition, residential students must submit a fitness certificate, medical history, blood group report, and undertakings and agreement signed by parents.
Food
Only vegetarian food is served in the school and hostel. The school is not liable for expenses arising from illness or injury during the child’s stay at school.
Mode of payment
Payment is accepted in cash or by demand draft drawn in favour of Apollo International School, payable at Dehradun. Outstation cheques are not accepted.
